Select the nationality as it appears on your passport. This must match the nationality on the passport you're using for this application.

At ETA Express UK, we strive to provide excellent service and ensure customer satisfaction. This refund policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be issued.

Eligibility for Refunds

Full Refund

You may be eligible for a full refund in the following circumstances:

  • Your application has not been submitted to UK authorities
  • We made an error in processing your application
  • Technical issues prevented successful submission
  • Duplicate payment was processed

Partial Refund

A partial refund (minus processing fees) may be available if:

  • Application was submitted but you need to cancel before decision
  • You provided incorrect information that can be corrected and resubmitted

No Refund

Refunds cannot be issued in the following situations:

  • Application was submitted to UK authorities and processed
  • Application was rejected due to incorrect information provided by applicant
  • Applicant failed to meet eligibility requirements
  • Change of travel plans after application submission
  • Government processing or decision delays

Refund Process

  1. Request Submission: Email your refund request to [email protected] with your application reference number
  2. Review: Our team will review your request within 3-5 business days
  3. Decision: You will receive an email with the decision and explanation
  4. Processing: If approved, refunds are processed within 7-10 business days
  5. Receipt: Refunds are issued to the original payment method

Government Fee Refunds

Please note that government processing fees are non-refundable once your application has been submitted to UK authorities. These fees are paid directly to the UK government and are separate from our service fees.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your application at any time before submission to UK authorities for a full refund minus a £10 administrative fee. Once submitted, cancellations are not possible as the application enters the government processing system.
